You want to learn interesting facts about the flora and fauna in the Hohe Tauern National Park? Then you should join one of the free, guided short hikes with a National Park Ranger on the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe. From mid-July to the end of September, they start the free ones every day at 10:30 and 13:30 at the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe Visitor Centre. The approx. one-hour hike leads along the panorama path above the Freiwandeck car park in an easterly direction past the Wilhelm Swarovski Observatory up to the Kaiserstein.
